Why can it be hard to motivate ourselves?
Motivating ourselves to action things on a personal level can be quite a daunting and tiresome task. Motivation is the missing link to connecting dreams with success, a wish and the reality of that wish happening, positive cause with positive affect. Not being motivated is the spark that is needed, for action! We may not realise how big a part motivation plays in our lives, but without motivation nothing gets done.
Motivation is very simple to understand, but it can be the polar opposite to do, to motivate ourselves, continuously.
At the end of the day we are all unique, while some individuals find it easy to self-motivate, others may find it very hard, and that’s ok because we are all at different stages of life. There are no set rules when it comes to motivation.
